Program Description

Gather on the first Monday morning of every month for conversation over coffee over Zoom. It's a great way to get to know your neighbors and learn about things going on in the community. This program brought to you in partnership with River Forest Township.

This month we will focus on caring for members of our community. Officer Ben Ransom will discuss resources through the River Forest Police Department for those dealing with dementia.  Minerva McLaren, Volunteer Coordinator at Triton College, will talk about the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and their volunteer programs during COVID. Ruth Reko will discuss other local volunteer opportunities.
